Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping

We ship live fish Monday–Wednesday to the lower 48 states only. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies strictly as described on the Live Arrival Guarantee page. Claims must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Limitation of Liability

Color Fin Aquatics LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
